I have lived at Nolde for 2 years and love it. It has everything I need. The amenities are attractive. The building is quiet and the management is very helpful. Highest end apartments I have ever lived in.

I have lived in the complex for the past year and have nothing but great things to say about this place. I am a graduate student at VCU and have always been concerned in past apartments about roommates and other apartment dwellers partying late and being noisy. This is not the case here at Nolde. I have never been kept up at night, and while you can hear if people are shouting, noise is inevitable and I have never heard of a single place that is noise-proof.

I have been living here since the summer and these condominiums are absolutely drop dead gorgeous. I have never had granite in my apartment before and the huge ceilings take my breath away whenever I come home. The rent is on the expensive side, but hey' you pay for what you get! I have my own parking space in the covered garage and its perfect. On rainy or even snowy days, I don't have to worry about street parking and the private elevator brings me right up into the building.
